01Which apparel categories do you coordinate?
We coordinate women’s wear, men’s wear, kidswear, activewear and made-to-order apparel. The practical production route depends on the style, material and quantity.
02Can you produce from a reference style?
Yes. Send images, a technical description or a sample. We confirm the construction, material, finish and packaging before production begins.
03Can private label and packaging be used?
Private label and packaging requirements are reviewed as part of the production brief.
04What quantity is normally required?
Typical MOQ is 200 pieces per style per colour. Final quantity depends on the style, material and production route.
05How long does a sample take?
Sampling is generally estimated at 7–12 days. Sample and shipping fees are quoted separately.
06How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production is generally estimated at 25–35 days after sample approval, subject to style, quantity, material and scheduling.
07How do I request pricing?
Send the category, reference style, material, quantity and timing to [email protected]. We will review the details and reply about the order.
08How are after-delivery issues reviewed?
Orders are checked against the approved sample. Quality issues are reviewed case by case; non-quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
