How long does sampling take?
Sampling is generally estimated at 7–12 days. Sample and shipping fees are quoted separately; credit against bulk production depends on the project.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production is generally estimated at 25–35 days after approval, subject to style, quantity, material and scheduling.
How are quality issues handled?
Custom orders are checked against the approved sample. Quality issues are reviewed case by case. Non-quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
